Description: Tilt panel building developed as an industrial estate, consisting of four separate tenancies plus car parking. Our scope included the fit out for the Ultratune Service Centre and the Funeral Parlour tenancy.

Description: Tilt panel building subdivided internally into 5 separate tenancies and included the construction of carpark facilities, some of which were covered. Our scope for this project also included the fit out of a chemist for the client.
Description: Refurbishment and extension of an existing facility to create office, administration, training and staff amenities including toilets, kitchen, mess areas and car parking facilities.
Description: Construction of two new depot buildings in Mossman and Ingham. Works consisted of a combination of workshop, storage and online workers facilities including truck parking, equipment laydown areas, water tanks, office and administration building, training room, staff kitchen and mess area. The facility has been setup to enable it to function in natural disaster and emergency situations.
Description: Construction of a tilt panel warehouse including mezzanine storage area, delivery & pickup dock and internal fit out consisting of office space, staff room, toilet facilities & show room.
