James Cook University Amphitheatre, Student Facilities & Renovation

Description: Completed the relocation of the old Cairns Yacht Club that was moved from the Trinity Inlet waterfront and refurbished with bar & café facilities and a function room. Construction of a new refectory (canteen), bookshop, student body facility, courtyard and amphitheatre. These works followed on from the Cairns Yacht Club relocation & refurbishment and was part of the master plan for student facilities within the space. In addition there was construction of a bridge to link the student facilities to the university over a seasonal creek which included a covered roof.
Mount Saint Bernard College (Boarding & Caretakers Facilities), Herberton

Description: Extension of the existing boarding facility with the construction of three split levels of accommodation rooms including shower, toilet, kitchen, washing & common room facilities. Construction also included two new supervisors residences and road works to accommodate the new facilities.
Saint Augustine's College - Alterations & Extension, Mossman

Description: Extension of the existing multi purpose sports courts including rebound ‘synpave’ acrylic with various markings for ball games. The extension included roofing and a performing arts facility including storage facilities. Other works included the refurbishment of the existing library, classrooms and pathways including the school entry path and structure.

Description: Extension & refurbishment of an existing facility to accommodate trade training facilities for carpentry and mechanics trades. The works included workshop space, storage facilities and classroom facilities. In addition there was an extension and refurbishment of the existing building to accommodate a new kitchen, dining and classroom facilities.
